All of our products are shipped to you from our central Asian Warehouse via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping. No code necessary; free shipping will be applied at checkout and does include duties.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your order confirmation email and tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order within 10 business days after the processing period. Please note the delivery times are estimated.

Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.

AMIGO.IBIZA only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will begin to be processed the following business day.

In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email amigo.ibiza@outlook.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.
